Customized Products
All personalized and custom-made products, including Kanji name stamps, calligraphy artwork, tote bags, pouches, keychains, and other customized items, are made specifically for each customer.
Because these products are personalized, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Workshop Reservations
Reservations for our Japanese Calligraphy Experience may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled starting time.
- More than 24 hours before the experience: 100% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the experience: No refund
- No-show: No refund
If an experience must be cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances on our side, we will first offer rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping
Customized products are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after production.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination country.
