Is it really free?

Yes. The kanji name animation video is completely free for guests who join our calligraphy experience or purchase a personalized kanji hanko (seal).

How will I receive the video?

If you make a reservation at least one day in advance, you can receive your video on the same day.
For same-day requests, the video will be delivered later via WhatsApp or email.

Can I receive multiple videos for myself?

Generally, we provide one animation video per participant (or per hanko purchase).

Can I order just the video without joining the experience?

Sorry, the animation video is only available with a calligraphy experience or kanji hanko purchase.

How is my name converted into kanji?

In Japan, there are specific kanji that can be used for names: 2,136 Joyo Kanji (common-use characters) and 863 Jinmeiyo Kanji (name-use characters), totaling about 3,000 characters to choose from.
We carefully select the most suitable kanji based on the sound and meaning of your name, and we also explain the meaning of each character in detail.

In addition, it is possible to customize with your preferred kanji, so please feel free to let our staff know your request.
